Fulfillment, Shipping & Pickup

How long will my order take to ship?

Processing is completed within 1-2 business days - weekends, holidays and matchdays not included. Shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to deliver.

Please note all preorder and customized jerseys can take up to 3 weeks to process and ship.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship to all countries except for Russia and Argentina.

Please note any international shipping requests are subject to approval. The $30 shipping fee is an estimated shipping cost. All duties and taxes will be charged back to the receiver.

How do I check my Tracking Number?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from orders@kansascitycurrent.comthat includes your tracking number detail. Please check your spam folder if it does not show in your inbox. Tracking can take up to 12 hours to post.

Ordering

How do I use my Season Ticket Member Discount on Merchandise?

We offer a 15% discount to Season Ticket Members both in-store and online. Please contact your account representative for your online discount code. For CPKC Stadium Team Store retail purchases, please provide the name on your account and a matching photo ID.

If a product is sold out in stadium, can I order it online?

CPKC Stadium stock is separate from our online store. Please note that we are unable to guarantee that a specific style or size is available online.

If a product is available online, can I purchase it at the CPKC Stadium retail store?

In most cases, yes. In some cases, we offer “online exclusives” that are available at our online store only. Please review the product detail page for online exclusive tag. Note: inventory availability both in-store and online is subject to change.

Gift Cards, Returns & Exchanges

If I purchase a gift card online, can I use it at CPKC Stadium retail stores?

Unfortunately, no. Online gift cards are for online purchases only.

Can I exchange an online purchased item at the CPKC Stadium Team Store?

Yes, please present your new & unused item with original tags and receipt during business hours for store credit or refund. See our Refund Policy for additional information.
